What is the Click and Collect Pick-Up Service?
Our Click and Collect service allows customers to make their purchases online and then pick them up directly from our warehouse on the Central Coast, NSW. This service is tailored to meet the needs of our local customers.
Online Purchase Requirement
Please note that we do NOT have a showroom. Our warehouse is only available for the collection of pre-purchased items.
To use the Click and Collect service, you must order and pay for your items through our website then book in a time for warehouse pick up.
How It Works
1. Place your order online.
2. Choose the Click and Collect option at checkout.
3. Book in the day and time you will collect your order.
4. Visit our warehouse at the designated pick-up time.
5. Collect your purchase by showing your photo ID.
Booking Times
You can book your pickup Monday – Friday between 9:00am – 1:00pm. You must arrive within your booked time slot.
If you are no longer able to pick up within your booked time slot, please call to rearrange a time ASAP. No-shows may be charged a fee.
Pick-up Location
We are located at 69 Chivers Rd, Somersby NSW 2250. We do NOT allow pickups without an online purchase.
Upon Arrival
Please pull into the driveway and park in the carpark.
Come to the reception front desk first. Do NOT enter the warehouse.
You will need to present our staff with your order number and valid photo ID.
Your Vehicle
Please ensure you have a vehicle large enough to pick up your order. Carton dimensions can be found at the bottom of each product page.
If you have a ute or trailer, you will need to bring your own tie-downs.
Payment
If you have paid via bank transfer, you cannot pick up your order until payment has cleared. This can take up to 3 business days depending on your bank. If you are unsure your payment will clear before your booked pick up time, please call us to confirm.
